Carrie likes to blow stuff up; an innovator and training executive, Carrie brings 25-years’ experience developing and leading innovative learning solutions for large Fortune 500 pharmaceutical companies such as Merck, Genentech, and AstraZeneca. Carrie’s experience includes navigating large and small corporations through periods of accelerated growth, building extensive curriculum and competency design, and navigating change management within highly competitive markets. She launched the first ever award-winning commercial Innovation training team at Genentech deploying Design Thinking to over 5000 people globally. Because of her work, she was named PM360’s ‘An Innovator of Innovation’ in 2013. With building teams as a core strength, Carrie went on to build an elite global training team at AstraZeneca, continuously scaling for the launch of 5 new to market brands and 16 in line indication launches.
She is a collaborative communicator, continually focused on building relationships and promoting synergy across business lines and global units to drive positive change, cohesive, comprehensive business approaches, and enhanced profitability.
